Ingredients & Preparation
โข 1 tub (250 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS ALL-AROUND CHICKEN PANGSAHOG
โข 3 tbsp vegetable oil
โข 1 can (340 g) evaporated milk
โข 1/2 pc cabbage, sliced
โข 1 pc carrots, small sized, diced
โข 1-1/2 cup elbow macaroni
โข 6-8 cups water
โข 3-4 pc hotdog, sliced
โข 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
โข 1-2 cubes chicken bouillon
โข 1 pc (100 g) chicken liver (optional)
Procedure:
โข In a wok/casserole, heat oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ the Magnolia All-Around Pangsahog, hotdog & chicken liver *for 4-5 minutes until meat becomes brown in color.
โข Add the carrots, celery & cabbage and continue to sautรฉ for 2-3minutes.
โข Pour the water and let it boil. Then put the macaroni & cook for 9-10 minutes (depending on cooking guide).
โข Pour the evaporated milk while stirring. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
โข Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy.
